I would suggest it to anyone interested. It did have a lot of information about titers and I haven't read it in a long time but it said something along the lines of even if the titer has a ratio that the vet would most likely vaccinate, 99% of the time the dog is already protected, they just didn't have antibodies circulating at that time. I also don't want to guarantee that everything I said was correct since I haven't done a lot of research I just know what I've read on this forum and on that eBook. I think it is correct, though.
yeah i trust the titers myself as i think dogs are way over vaccinated and why so many dogs have health issues and poor immune systems and having one of those dogs and it all started after her puppy shots were done I feel it has contributed to her allergies and poor immune system further. I have titered her for 5 years now. Also i do not agree with vaccinating a 7lb dog with the same as a 90lb dog i am not buying into that at all

another good book is SCARED POOPLESS

I think each owner has to do their homework and decide what they are comfortable with

there is an article in the whole dog journal in regards to this by dr schulz and it is very informative. I subscribe to animal wellness, tuft university newsletter, cornell university newsletter, and whole dog journal since having dogs with health issues and while i know this is controversial you as the owner have to make that decision with your vet based on the health of your dog and if your dog has a reaction or immune suppressed issues i would be very careful with vaccinating.
