More info is needed. How long has he been doing this? Surely he hasn't always just peed on himself without any medical explanation. Do you mean he dribbles on himself, or does he just stand and pee so that more is on him. Have you taken him to the Vet for a physical exam? At his age he is at greater risk for a real problem. He may just have a UTI which is easily cured with antibiotics and he could be in pain. Please give us more information.
