I forgot to mention, you can view some of my pictures at my share site in my siggy, all with my canon. There are some action there too. If you look at the gymnastics pictures, they are all in a gymnasium and they have a no flash rule, so all those are flash free pictures and manual settings. I have a wide range of work there.
