If Sampson's father was bred with his daughter then yes, that makes sampson and his mother also his sister. No, you cannot breed Sampson back to his mother/sister but Sampson being bred back to his daughter is not unheard of.

Mother's can be bred to sons and fathers can be bred to their daughters. Brothers and sisters should never be bred same as cousins.(I've heard on the cousins).

But now days, there really is no reasons for inbreeding. Back in the day, inbreeding was done to get smaller stock.
