What kind of food do you feed? They sell skin supplements just for dogs.

I have a girl over 1 and around 2 1/2 pounds. I have not found a vet I am comfortable with spaying her. Most around here are old school. I would really like to have it done but won't until I find a vet with alot of experence with small yorkies.
