Im not going to get to gross with details but Ali is basicly a fat absorber, alot of woman who have taken ALI have complained about Leaking a fluid like substace rectally
I know of two woman I used to work me that were on this diet and this happened to both of them. On a good note there is no caffine in Ali it is not an appetite depressent so I would say that everything will be okay
