OMG what is wrong with people?! I am so sorry this little guy has been through so much, but SO glad you are helping him.
I have a yorkie/chi also so this especially breaks my heart. I'm not sure what the eye problem could be, but wanted to thank you for taking the little guy in and helping him. Poor thing!
