I don't know about anything in Florida but just wanted to wish your friends little one well. We went thru this last year with Hot Rod. I will keep her in my thoughts and prayers for a successful surgery and quick recovery.
Our surgery was done in Annapolis, MD...I can totally recommend our surgeon here.
