Hi Guys,

My friend has a small dog who has stage 3 luxating patella.

Is there a place in south florida that is known to be "good" or the authority on this surgery?

Does anyone have any experience in this?

Bindi had liver shunt and we took her to Univerity of Tennesee (they are known for this surgery) and he was wondering is there was someplace like this that he can take his dog for luxating patella.
