Maybe the mattress absorbed her saliva, and so she constantly licks the bedsheet again and again because of the scent? Sugar does this, she always licks my clothes while resting on my laps, when I say "no", she quit. But after a while she licks the same spot again, not other part of clothes, so I guess it's the saliva on my clothes make her lick again and again.
