We go on horse back rides, I take my girls with me, have for years, only had 1 to give birth while we was camping. We never go more then 2 hours from home, just in case. And I have my vets home and cell number with me at all times. I make sure I have everything I need in a big bag. We had a litter of 3 from a first time momma, she did a great job. On that particular ride we had a local vet riding with us. Momma was due til Tuesday and had them Sat. I still own one of the females. |
