 5 healthy puppies!!! :-D
We now have 3 boys and 2 girls!!!
Girl #1 was born at 12:15am and weighed 4 ounces
Boy #1 was born at 2:40am and weighed 4 and 3/4 ounces
Boy #2 was born breech at 3:00am and weighed 4 and 3/8 ounces
Boy #3 was born at 3:15am and weighed 4 ounces
Girl #2 was born at 4:41am and weighed 4 ounces
The last girl was a real shocker because I had already given momma her whelping pudding and after feeling her really well I thought she was done!!! This is the momma's first litter and she only weighs 5 pounds and 4 ounces when not pregnant!! I am so proud of her and she did soooo well. What more could I ask for than 5 healthy little babies?! I have an air mattress right next to her whelping box and I am going to sleep right next to her and the pups even though it is already morning! :-P |
