I swear my dogs hear me before my feet hit the floor in the morning ! They will start barking and whining to come out of their "room"
They are fine when DH leaves in the morning , he can even go into the laundry room if he needs to and they wont even stir.....but they know what time I normally wake up and they're like...

But at night they are fine. We put Chloe in her pen , usually around 10/11 p.m. and Sydney goes when ever she feels like it ( usually around 9:30 she will go into her crate and go to sleep
) Chloe may whine for a second but she quites right down and goes to sleep and doesn't get up the rest of the night. They know I will not get them , so they don't even try it
