I have no experence with girl yorkies but all my other dogs growing up were girls.
Jackson is my first boy dog and I think all my future dogs will be boys, too! I
don't know what it is-- I just love boy dogs. I dogsit for 2 Boxers (males) and they
just seem so much more loving, needy and willing to please whereas a lot of girl
dogs (of course not ALL -this is a big generalization) are more independent and on
their own terms. Jackson caught on VERY quickly to potty training (by 4 months, he was
barking at the door) and although he will have an occasional accident, he's trustworthy
and 99% potty trained, lol. He only lifts his leg outside on trees, etc where other dogs
have been but normally he squats. He's never lifted his leg in anyones house or anything
and learns super fast (he knows around 20 tricks so far). But of course girl dogs can/are
super smart too! I think both are great and when choosing a dog, you probably shouldn't
pick based upon sex but I guess I'm biased!
