Yes there is plenty of evidence but we all know that stuff like this happens all the time and people only get a slap on the wrist.
They are hoping that with 50,000 signatures the judge will OPEN HIS EYES
and will give him the most hefty sentence possible.
It was awful to watch. The dog did nothing at all and he just got beat up over and over. What possible explanation could this guy give as a reason to hurt this dog???
