Ladies!!!!! The best lotion for dry hands that I have found and I have tried a lot of them is the Gold Bond Ultimate! I can (almost) promise it will heal your dry hands. And, if you get the medicated form, it will take the itch away. I love love love love this stuff. It works great in the winter time after shaving so your legs don't get dry and itchy either. It is a bit pricy, but worth every penny and you can get it almost anywhere like walmart or grocery stores.
