Uh-oh! I would say it could be a problem. Mine lost all of her baby teeth on her own. Thank goodness. But Muffin had to have three pulled when she was a baby. I'd just wait and hope and keep playing tug-of-war and give her lots of things to chew on. There is still some time. Between 5 and 6 months they usually go fast. Keep us updated.
