That vaccine is really new and I don't know a thing about it. I do know that it is non core and very likely unnecessary.
Some vets like to give tons of vaccines. Overvaccination is a really bad thing. So it's really best to read up on all of them and decide what your dog needs and how often with your vet...not just let the vet decide.
It is also best to give as few as possible at one time and then go back about two weeks later for more.
Yes, they can get sore and lethargic after vaccines, but watch for gum color (anything other than pink is a problem), excessive vomiting and diarrhea, swelling, espeically around the face, etc. You can give Children's Benadryl and that may help a bit. Pain meds can be given, but it's best to talk to your vet about that first. If he still isn't laying down, I would call the vet.
