No, I don't think it is a "life-jacket," I just took it how she stated...that she blew things out of proportion. I didn't think that you post was mean spirited...I added my opinions and liked reading what others said, whether I agreed with them or not. But to personally insult another member's intelligence...just don't agree with that, sorry.
