 Hello and help! from NC
Hello everyone!
As is the case with many people on YT, I am here looking for a new baby. My husband and I have finally settled into our new home in Apex (just outside of Raleigh, NC) and are starting the hunt for a healthy, happy Yorkie puppy.
We have both grown up with dogs of all types, and are very familiar with raising, training, and loving them. However, we are not interested in showing, and while I hate to be crass, we are therefore not interested in paying for a top-dollar, show-quality puppy. We've looked into rescues, but to be honest, the health concerns of most of the puppies are just overwhelming.
So...any recommendations on good, reputable breeders around NC that sell in the neighborhood of, say, $500?
I know that this is by far the most common question on the site, but some of the threads are so out of date that I thought I'd re-post.
