Yep. Wait until they have their shots. Plus some groomers require that the pups have certain shots before they will even schedule an appointment. I think its good to get them used to grooming at an early age whether have a lot taken off or not. There are certain areas that reaklly should get addressed early and often such as the pads, saniity area and ears. Mine first was around 4 1/2 months when I took her in for the first time. I groom my own now but I would start yours soon provided your pup has alll shots in place.
