I grew up believing Golden Retrievers were one of the ultimate dogs, naturally obedient and well-behaved. However, recently I have encountered so many ill-behaved ones with terrible psychological problems, including severe separation anxiety. Bad breeding and lack of training, I suppose.
I don't hate any dog breed, but I do despise a large percentage of dog owners for being irresponsible bubble-heads. 
The only dog breed I deem ugly is that one that usually wins the Ugly Dog Contest -- looks like it has a terrible skin condition.
