well Zoey will be 4 months on the 16th and she just had her first cut. I dont know if theirs actually a time you supposed to wait but her hair was getting so long and its very very thick, and i couldnt keep the matts and tangles out. So we just got her cut on saturday. She looks soooo cute and tiny now hahahha.
