However, when I look at it again it does not say non dairy. So I tried to find a non dairy at Vitamin Shoppe with no luck (maybe I am searching for the wrong thing). lool at the bottom left hand corner of the bottle it says non-dairy and that is exactly what i use - you can get it from whole foods or vitamine shoppe or lassens - keep it in the fridge when you open it
