I have had my Haley for about a month now. I got her on a Friday night. She is very tiny, and I can feel her ribs too. She would not eat alot at first, and she even had blood in her poo once. I took her to the Emergency Vet who said she had Giardia, and a few more problems that worried me. I took her to my vet at the first of the week, and he said she tested neg. for the Giardia, and that she was a good weight for a yorkie. After a few days with me she started eating better, playing more, and now she is running the place. I cant say that it is the same in your case. I would take her to your vet if are cocerned, but in my opinion it is normal for them to be scared at first.
