There is X-small, too Air Dog KONG Extra Small Squeaker Balls - Toys - Dog - PetSmart (1" diameter). I remember there being a size smaller, but I could hardly tell the difference between the two sizes.

Edit: destroyed as in popped out the little tiny plastic thing so its rattling around inside the ball, and the ball no longer squeaks.

These are Kong as well, just colorfull. I guess it's just how it goes and he just happen to bite it the "right" way to break the squeaker.
