I am glad that she is getting help. I just hope that the OP understands that although many vets are experienced with preforming surgery, but this baby needs a vet who specializes in Liver Shunts. UT is one of the best. Dr. Tobias is the best in my opinion, but she is dealing with her husbands illness right now and is not in town often, but there are others who have learned from her who are also great at UT. She needs to be on a special food along with all the medications. This may have already been posted, if it has I am sorry, I am just worried for this tiny baby.
