Hi, I'm new to YT. I have 2 girls, Gypsi is 3 and Cali, her puppy, is 4 months old. Since we live in North Iowa & have snow & cold ALL winter, I am having trouble house training Cali. She will go if I stay out there with her but if I send her out on tie-out, she comes back to the door & absolutely refuses to go at all when the wind is blowing! Any ideas?
