If the antibiotic hasn't helped her within 24-48 hours it may be the wrong one. What is she taking? If she's having trouble breathing get her back to a vet immediately. They can nebulize meds and oxygen. Is she eating? Give her some Nutrical every few hours and keep her warm. Mine was on wrong ab and was put on doxycyline and nebulized with Gentamycin and got better. Very bad disease. Mine took the ab's for 30 days and had recheck xrays to be sure it was gone. But he began eating within 24 hours of getting the right meds. Pneumonia is not to be fooled with very serious and deadly disease.
