My Daisy was born 6/9/09 and she is definitely still hyper! She has these little episodes that we call the 'zoomies.' Running back and forth, back and forth....I counted 23 times, once! I think this is totally normal puppy behavior, and probably not the best time to try to teach. The only thing we work on during the zoomies is a game of fetch.....the leave it/drop it command is what is most difficult.
