But, if you're still insistent on putting a collar on your dog. Put it on them when you take them out in public......never attach a leash to it (use a harness). Take it off of them when you bring them in the house, or cannot monitor them. Never leave it on them when you crate them. |
One of the problems of not having a collar on them when they are in the house is what if they run out the door and you can get them and they are off out there with no identification? Or what if they get out of the fence when they are in the back yard alone?
