Well her friend called her today to ask some more about 'that puppy'. She asked her friend if there was a sign somewhere, and her friend said THERE ARE SIGNS EVERYWHERE.

We were reunited tonight at 6:30 pm. She said although he was okay, they never saw him play the way that he bounded when we showed up. When they repeated his name over the phone, he LEAPED up off the couch in sudden excitement.

Now home, Frisco has found all his stuff, and his kibbles, used his pee pad, and we are picking up where we left off - WHEW. He's even chewing on that damn kindling.

We just dismounted most of the signs. I wish I could replace them with great big slobbery thank you kisses.

Except Walmart, McDonalds, Lowes and Ingles. They all systematically removed them. I hate them.

I hugely thanked all the shelter and rescue network folks in the surrounding counties, especially for their gentle support!!!!! Without it, folks might be too EMBARRASSED to admit they lost their dog, and then the word wouldn't get out the way it needs to.

As to the hot dogs, Frisco had a problematic poop an hour ago which left him trying to wipe a chunk off his butt all over the living room. This happened once before and I'll share that 911 another time, but we're good at it now and everything's already shampoo'd and Frisco's toasty and cozy and happy and warm and HOME.

Wow! So happy to hear you have your Frisco back. I can't believe that Walmart and the other stores mentioned would take down lost dog posters, that is so not right!
You must be so relieved to have him back.
