Since he didn't have it, when you got him, and got it a few days later, it might be coccidia or another intestinal parasite that doesn't always show up, unless you have a special stool test....They can come down w/that, after moving to a new home, or going through a change, when they are a puppy...I'd sure ask the vet if he/she thinks that might be a possibility, and I'd do it first thing in the a.m...You can also ask him/her if it might be a reaction to the shots...All the best to you w/your new little guy...
