I used to suffer from tonsilitis for years. After a while, the ZPak didn't even work. I used to have to take a course of antibiotics for (I think) 2 weeks to take care of it. Once, the doctor prescribed a lidocaine mouth wash for me to use. Maybe you can ask her doctor about this.
It sounds like your daughter's immune system is so compromised that it doesn't take much to get sick again. Hopefully she recovers soon and she can get those things out! I had mine out finally at 24 years old. The pain was worse than when I gave birth but thank goodness I don't have to deal with those infections anymore. |
