Haha. Peanut does the same thing! All the time lol He loves to dig. He loves to dig in his bed too!! Thats his fav, or on my pillow or just in my bed on a blanket! You can even get him to start digging by digging yourself.. then he will join you to the point where he is panting and hot! haha
When he jumps up on his stool to get to me at night he will "gently" dig at my face to let him under the covers! haha
