When first growing the facial hair out, it can be a pain b/c not not all the hair will fit in a pony tail. So you can get clips that snap in to help keep the hair up and out of their eyes. I would highly recommend getting Top Knot gel I usually only use the latex bands for special occassions when using a bow. For every day, I have soft pony tail holders that I can get at the dollar store (I think I get like 100 for $1... its RIDICULOUS cheap) and there are several color options in one bag. Good luck!
