The Disney club does that. They send you a card and if you don't decline they send it. I always decline and order what I want but a few times they sent movies I declined and I waited for a prepaid label.

As far as this... I was able to hold all the charges but I allowed the one I owed and they say it was never recieved, but paypal assures me it was sent and I have the payment from paypal that says it was. I was so upset today because the ''customer service account specialist" said that doesn't matter. You may have a reciept but it doesn't show up in our system! How is that the customers fault?
