I have been going back in forth with them. (Proactiv) They say that it shows a hold period. I contact paypal and they say it is paid. Paypal said if Proactiv talks to the paypal representitive that it will be settled. (Which they are suppose to do since there is a despute. ) I called Proactiv today and told them this. So they said I should hear something this week on it. I don't want to pay it again...but this is driving me nuts. I have never been through something like this. I don't even like their product, it is horrible. It worked for a little while then made my face worse. I am going to look into reporting them. I am so frustrated with them. They have the worst system ever...and I would never ever buy anything that is connected to them. I even mailed a copy of all the info to the collector just to make sure and I still got a notice!
