Since they charged you three times and you had paypal stop it they might be showing an order open that was never shipped to you. I would ask for proof of delivery for all items they show they shipped to you to start, then you can match up your payments with the deliveries this way they see the error. Tell them you want tracking numbers for each shipment and a hard copy showing that you received the product. When all is said and done and you have your proof demand a letter from them as well as a letter from the collection place stateing that an error was made and that you do not nor ever did owe the money. Wait one month and run your credit to make sure it is not on there.
