Okay, I think I have gotten the international issue sorted out.

I think now anyone can order online through the website.

And, just an FYI, I use flat rate priority boxes, and they can ship anywhere in the world for the same flat rate, so the $5.00 priority shipping rate is for anywhere in the world.
