He said he did not suspect pancreatitis at all; not sure why; perhaps because there is no vomiting or diarrhea or fever. Her stomach was not hurting when he felt all around it.

I think he does not know what is wrong and just wants to rule out (hopefully) shunt for now.

And that's probably because of her littermate.

I will contact the breeder if the results come back positive so that she will know.

Oh gosh, I've been crying my eyes out; I think I need to get out of the house for a little while and clear my head. IF I can get Lucy out from under the chair.
