DH does marinate the chicken in low sodium chicken broth overnight before dehydrating it. I keep telling him that he doesn't have to, that Gizmo would like it just fine plain, plus I was worried about all the sodium in it. What do you guys think? DH says its to add some "flavor" to it!
I tried dehydrating fruit but Gizmo just doesn't seem to like any kinds of fruit! He prefers veggies! |

The object of dehydrating is to REMOVE the moisture content ... he soaks it to add more??? Oh well ... men think differently than we do
