I already answered last night but I thought about it again today and I have the perfect solution. I'd give her (verbal) co-ownership with very limited visitation at my discretion (like once every 20 years or so) and she would have to fork over the $$ immediately to help care for them. They'd have to stay with me though because no one can love and care for them like I do
