So, I guess I am starting at square one. I personally am not one for shots but with this puppy and small breed dog, I am going to do it. I feel that most of the bigger dogs survive the disease but fear that would not be the case with this tiny little thing should she contract one of those. I do however want to vaccinate her every 4 weeks for a series of 4 and then again at 16 months old. I have read that that should give them lifetime immunity. That is the plan for now anyway. I really believe that yearly boosters can do more harm then good and are not necessary.
Actually all she needs is a series of 3 shots....with a booster at a year and 4 months.

How are her stools. I see you live in Yuciapa....not far from the Loma Linda Animal Hospital....good vets there.
