When I let Fancy outside without leash, she goes to neighbors & won't come back when I call her. As a matter of fact, she goes farther away. Please don't let her out ever without a fenced yard or without a leash. You are risking her to be attacked, lost, stolen, ran over by a car....... Please put her on a leash.
