I definitly recommend it! It comes with a tag, I make sure every time we leave the house he either has his collar with his tag which has the "800 retreival number", instead of my home phone number or his harness which has the micro-chip tag with the tracking number, either peice of would ID. him....if he got lost or stolen? But if he didn't have either one on? Once he was taken to a Shelter or Vet. they would automatically scan him. God Forbid nothing ever happen to him! I would be devastated! Also since we Travel alot, I make sure I update my Information, so they can always locate me, just in case? It's very important to do that as well as Register your personal Infromation to begin with. These dogs are frequently stolen if left alone! Due to the high demand and the high price tag, it drives people to do stupid things?
