If he cleared OFA yearly and he is 6 years old - given the structure of the knee joint - I would assume that this is not genetic but somehow environmental. Is it possible he hurt his knee when you weren't around?
iS there lateral tracking abnormality right now?
Is it on only one knee and not both? Were both checked?
