Good for you for taking steps toward doing something. We just had a couple puppymill busts in my area, it took a long time to get them to do anything. One of my family members put together a petition and got as many signatures as she could from people in the area, or surrounding area that wanted it to stop she sent in the signatures, along with letters to all of our elected officials, animal control, and the local news stations. Now our state is in the process of writing new laws to prevent this. There are not laws in most areas that protect these poor animals.

I know you want to do something imediately but you have to find a way to get the public in on it, or they will just end up either buying more dogs, or getting the dogs back. The news really would be ideal.
