They offer great advice and are very personable. They will customize the box of samples to whichever brands you would like to try for your dog. They ask you submit the breed of dog you have, weight, any allergies and age. I also infromed them what food I already had so they wouldn't send those brands.
I received my box today and I am well pleased with the brands, flavors, and varietys. They included some wipes and shampoo.

I have gotten
free samples from every dog food company I contacted. I don't mind sending several emails to save some money. JMO.
But, if you don't have the time and want to sent only one email, it would be a good idea for you.
