this sounds like pancreatitis to me
it is very painful and they can die from it very serious - i hope everything is ok - the no vomitting or no diarhea does not fit the bill though so maybe it is some sort of blockage or something or constipation since has not gone in days that is a bad sign so have xray and blood work done for sure
